Cancellations & Refunds
Once the order is placed, cancellation can be done if the product has not been dispatched from our end. If the product is dispatched, then a cancellation fee of 10% of the product value will be charged from the customer. . The customer can choose to cancel the order in 24 hours once he receives the product. No cancellations are allowed after 24 hours. There are no cancellations for Books, Games, Fashion, Toys & iTunes cards. Cancellations cannot be done for any Electronic products including Cameras, Mobiles, Tablets and Laptops as it comes in a sealed pack with One Year Triggerkart Warranty. 

If the order is placed using Credit card, then after cancellation the refund will be done to the credit card only. If the customer chooses Cash on Delivery payment option and wishes to cancel the same after receiving the item, then 10% of the product value will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be sent as a Gift coupon for future purchases online. The shipping charges for Cash on delivery payment option will not be refunded back. If the payment method is Gift coupon, then a new gift coupon will be issued after receiving the ordered product. Menakart doesn't guarantee the availability of the products mentioned in the site. If the product is not available, the order will be cancelled and refund would be processed for Credit Card / PayPal / PointsPay orders.

If the order is received in a damaged condition, then the product will be replaced with a new one from our end. Please ensure to intimate us immediately if the product is received in a damaged condition within 24 hours of receiving the same. We won’t be able to provide a replacement if it is not intimated to us immediately. In cases where the Free Gift delivered is intact, then the customer has to send the actual defective product only and we will be replacing it with a new product.
If any size is delivered wrongly, we will ensure to send the correct size in 24 – 48 hours after receiving the complaint from the customer.

Pick Up Process
If the product is damaged during delivery, we will ensure to pick up the damaged product and send a new one at no extra cost. If the customer wants to avail the warranty procedure, then there might be instances where the customer has to ship the product at their cost to our address to claim the warranty. After servicing, the product will be redispatched to the customer’s address at no extra cost.
